Alice Testa assists Italian and international companies in managing employment law matters relating to employment relationships, contractual issues and individual and collective disputes.
She has gained experience assisting companies operating in the industrial and commercial sectors, with particular reference to services, facilities, logistics, construction, engineering and metalworking, chemical and textile sectors. She provides litigation assistance before all courts on matters concerning individual and collective dismissals, agency work, contractual issues, executive employment relationships, trade union law, collective bargaining, workplace bullying and employer liability pursuant to Article 2087 of the Italian Civil Code.
Alice is the author of articles and notes for specialist journals and newspapers and regularly contributes to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications, including T&P News and the annual Highlights.
