Angelo Di Gioia assists companies, public bodies and executives in managing employment, social security and trade union relations litigation, providing advice both in day-to-day matters and in more complex transactions.

He has gained his experience, both in litigation and out-of-court matters, assisting companies in the industrial, services and publishing sectors, as well as public companies, local authorities and National Health Service bodies. He handles disputes concerning individual and collective dismissals, business transfers, proceedings for anti-union conduct and executive employment relationships, including in arbitration proceedings and before the higher courts.

Angelo is the author of articles and specialist publications, a speaker at conferences, seminars and webinars, and a regular contributor to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications. He is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani.
