Anna Maria Corna has gained her experience in Employment Law and Trade Union Law, advising leading Italian and foreign companies in the Large-Scale Distribution, textile and engineering and metalworking industries, as well as postal and logistics services, handling the defence in significant disputes with employees (including executives or senior figures) or in proceedings brought by trade unions (OO.SS.LL.).
Anna Maria also provides legal assistance in all stages of the transfer or acquisition of a business unit (or the business itself) with regard to personnel-related aspects. Anna Maria also regularly provides legal assistance to leading Companies and senior Executives/Directors before all courts, including the higher courts (Constitutional Court), as well as in arbitration proceedings in various fields, including sports employment law.
Classical High School Diploma and a Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of Parma. Anna Maria has been a lawyer since 1985 and is the author of articles and notes for leading specialist journals and newspapers such as Il Sole 24 Ore. She regularly takes part as a Speaker and Lecturer at conferences, seminars and webinars on Employment Law topics. She is a regular contributor to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications, T&P news and annual Highlights, dedicated to specific topics in Employment, Corporate, Banking and Insurance Law. Anna Maria is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani.
