Anna Minutolo assists Italian and international companies in managing key employment law issues, providing advisory and litigation support in individual and collective disputes and in corporate reorganisation transactions.
She has gained experience in the engineering and metalworking, chemical-pharmaceutical, energy, insurance and banking sectors. She also assists executives and directors in disputes relating to executive employment relationships and in arbitration proceedings.
Anna is the author of specialist publications, including a textbook on employment law and an annotated code of special civil laws, and regularly contributes to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications. She is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani.
