Claudio Ponari assists Italian and multinational companies in managing key employment law issues, trade union relations and extraordinary transactions, providing both litigation and non-contentious advice.
He has gained experience in the textile, fashion, telecommunications, engineering and metalworking, rubber and plastics, commerce and credit sectors, handling corporate restructuring and reorganisation transactions, mergers, business transfers and the management of employment relationships, including those of executives, in both national and international contexts.
Claudio is the author of numerous articles and scientific publications, a speaker at masterclasses, conferences and webinars, and regularly contributes to the scientific publications of Trifirò & Partners. He is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani.
