Damiana Lesce assists Italian and international companies, including listed companies, in managing the main employment law matters, offering advice both in day-to-day activities and in organisational and corporate transformation processes.

She has gained significant experience in managing corporate restructurings, staff reduction procedures, extraordinary transactions, trade union relations, social security and international mobility of workers. She also supports top managers and directors in negotiating employment relationships, in the establishment and termination phases of employment, and on matters relating to remuneration systems, corporate governance, competition and confidentiality. She regularly provides litigation assistance before all Italian courts, including the higher courts.

Damiana is the author of articles and specialist publications for leading trade journals and economic newspapers, including Il Sole 24 Ore and Forbes.
