Atty. Francesco Autelitano

Francesco Autelitano assists Italian and international companies in managing key issues of corporate, financial and industrial property law, supporting businesses and entrepreneurs both in ordinary advisory activities and in extraordinary transactions.

He has gained significant experience in judicial and extrajudicial assistance in commercial and civil matters, with particular reference to corporate, contract, property and inheritance law. He assists clients before all judicial authorities, including the higher courts, and regularly acts in arbitration proceedings both as counsel and as arbitrator. In his advisory work, he handles the drafting of contracts, corporate transactions and corporate governance operations.

Francesco holds a PhD in Civil Law and has served as a teaching assistant (cultore della materia) at the University of Milan, the University of Insubria and the University of Brescia. He is the author of numerous scientific publications and a speaker at conferences and specialist training courses.
