Francesco Chiarelli advises Italian and international companies on the management of key employment law matters, providing ongoing advice on personnel management, extraordinary transactions and labour litigation.
He has gained his experience in the services, modern organised distribution (DMO), industrial and communications sectors. He deals with employment contracts, the management of executive relationships, remuneration policies, national and international transfers and secondments, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, business transfers and trade union procedures. He also advises companies in arbitration proceedings and before all courts.
Francesco regularly contributes to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications.
