Francesco Cristiano assists Italian and multinational companies in major corporate and commercial transactions, supporting businesses, executives and directors both out of court and in litigation.
He has gained experience in the oil & gas and engineering and metalworking sectors, dealing with acquisitions and disposals of equity interests, business transfers, corporate governance and corporate disputes. He also assists clients in arbitration and judicial proceedings in civil, commercial and corporate matters, including acting as an arbitrator.
Francesco is the author of articles and scientific publications, a speaker at conferences, seminars and webinars, and a regular contributor to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications.
