Giampaolo Tagliagambe assists Italian and international companies in managing key employment law and commercial law matters, providing advice on corporate transactions, more complex disputes and the protection of top management.
He has gained consolidated experience in litigation and arbitration proceedings before all courts, including the Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights and the higher courts. He handles disputes concerning executive employment relationships, the classification of employment relationships, dismissals, transfers and civil liability, also supporting companies and directors on corporate governance matters.
After graduating from the University of Milan, he pursued an academic career as a teaching assistant in Industrial Law and Commercial Law. He regularly participates as a speaker and lecturer at conferences, master's programmes and advanced training courses. He is a regular contributor to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications and is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani, for which he served as Treasurer of the Lombardy Executive Council.
