Atty. Giorgio Molteni

Giorgio Molteni has worked at Trifirò & Partners, of which he has been a partner since 1987, dealing with Employment Law, Trade Union Law and Social Security Law. He provides legal advice and litigation assistance to national and international companies in relation to all aspects of the employment relationship, including the management of significant reorganisation processes and corporate crisis situations, as well as relations with social security institutions. A graduate of the Università Statale di Milano, Giorgio is the author of legal publications in trade journals and newspapers such as Corriere della Sera, Italia Oggi, La Repubblica and Forbes; he also contributes to the Firm's publications. He takes part as a speaker at conferences and webinars on employment law topics. He has been a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani – since its foundation, and since April 2021 has been President of the AGI Lombardia branch. He is a lecturer at the AGI Scuola di Alta Formazione.
