Giuseppe Sacco assists Italian and international companies in managing key employment law matters, providing ongoing advice and judicial assistance in individual and collective employment disputes.
He has gained his experience assisting companies in the industrial and commercial sectors, dealing with dismissals, executive employment relationships, employer liability, workplace bullying and straining, agency work, social security and agency relationships. He regularly provides assistance before all courts, including the higher courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Giuseppe is the author of articles and specialist publications and regularly contributes to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications.
