Ilaria Pitingolo assists Italian and international companies in managing employment relationships, providing advice on the main employment law matters and litigation assistance in individual and collective disputes.
She gained her experience assisting companies operating in the industrial and commercial sectors, with particular reference to the services, facilities, logistics, construction and engineering and metalworking sectors. She deals with contract law, agency, individual and collective dismissals, executive relationships, trade union and social security law, employer liability under Article 2087 of the Italian Civil Code, workplace bullying and straining.
Ilaria is the author of articles and notes for specialist journals and newspapers, including Forbes, and is a regular contributor to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications, including T&P News and the annual Highlights.
