Jacopo Provera assists companies, shareholders and investment funds in domestic and cross-border transactions, providing advice at the various stages of investment processes and in corporate reorganisation operations.
He has gained experience in acquisitions, mergers, demergers and disposals of companies and businesses, also assisting family-owned businesses in drafting shareholders' agreements and family agreements, including in the context of generational succession processes.
He handles the negotiation and drafting of commercial and settlement agreements, also providing assistance in litigation and arbitration proceedings. His experience further includes advisory work in corporate finance and secured and unsecured financing transactions.
