Mariapaola Rovetta Arici assists private companies and publicly owned companies in managing key employment law matters, providing ongoing advice and litigation assistance in employment disputes.

She has gained experience in out-of-court assistance and litigation, dealing with contractual matters, transfers, individual dismissals, disciplinary proceedings, job classification, demotion, workplace bullying and transfers of businesses or business units. She supports companies in managing the day-to-day issues arising from employment relationships, assisting them with organisational decisions and dispute prevention.

Mariapaola is the author of articles and case-law commentaries, and a speaker at conferences and webinars dedicated to employment law, sustainability and social responsibility. She is a regular contributor to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications and is a member of the Human Rights Commission of the Milan Bar Association.
