Marina Olgiati assists Italian and multinational companies in managing key employment law issues, supporting management in day-to-day activities and in more complex transactions. She provides ongoing advice on work organisation, industrial relations and the governance of employment relationships, also assisting executives and top management.

She has gained many years of experience in the industrial, banking, financial, modern organised distribution and services sectors, handling business restructurings and reorganisations, business transfers, social security, collective bargaining, trade union agreements, agency relationships, business contracts and welfare and benefits schemes. She provides litigation assistance before all courts and regularly represents companies in particularly complex disputes.

Marina is the author of articles and specialist publications in legal journals and economic newspapers, including Il Corriere della Sera, Il Sole 24 Ore, ItaliaOggi and Forbes. She regularly takes part as a speaker at conferences, master's programmes and webinars, and regularly contributes to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications. She has been a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani since its founding.
