Mario Cammarata assists Italian and international industrial groups in managing key employment law issues, supporting companies in their day-to-day activities and in the most complex extraordinary transactions.

Over the course of his professional activity, he has developed solid experience in business reorganisations, wage supplementation procedures, collective dismissals, business transfers and the management of individual disputes. He is also recognised as one of the leading experts in agency relationships and works closely with companies and associations in defining contractual strategies and managing disputes.

Mario is the author and co-author of numerous monographs, annotated codes and reference publications on employment law. He regularly speaks at conferences and webinars and is a member of the Employment Law Commission of the Milan Bar Association. He is a regular contributor to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications and has been a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani since its foundation.
