Paola Balletti assists Italian and multinational companies in managing key employment law matters, with particular reference to contractual matters, business reorganisations and employment litigation. She also supports executives and directors in the definition and management of employment relationships.
She has gained experience in the insurance, services and large-scale distribution sectors, handling the drafting of employment contracts, business reorganisation transactions and termination procedures. She also provides assistance to Italian and international executives in negotiating employment and self-employment contracts, with particular focus on stability agreements, incentive schemes, LTI plans, stock options and golden parachutes.
Paola is the author of specialist articles and publications and is a regular contributor to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications.
