Atty. Paola Lonigro

Paola Lonigro has gained experience in employment law and trade union law, advising leading Italian and foreign companies in the insurance, banking, hospitality and publishing sectors, and providing legal assistance in major corporate reorganisation and restructuring operations and in litigation that has, moreover, contributed to the establishment of highly significant legal principles and case law in these areas of expertise.
Paola also regularly provides litigation assistance to leading companies and senior executives/directors before all courts, including the higher courts, the Constitutional Court, the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as in arbitration proceedings in various fields, including challenges to shareholders' resolutions and liability claims under Article 2087 of the Italian Civil Code.
She graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and, in 2017, obtained a specialisation Master's degree as a “Privacy Manager”.
Paola is also the author of articles and notes for leading specialist journals and newspapers such as Corriere della Sera and Il Sole 24 Ore. She regularly participates as a speaker at conferences, seminars and webinars on employment law and trade union law topics.
