Valentina Ruzzenenti assists Italian and international companies in managing key employment law matters, providing ongoing advice on day-to-day activities and extraordinary transactions.
She has gained experience in the insurance, industrial, services and publishing sectors, handling restructuring and business reorganisation transactions, mergers and business transfers. She assists companies in managing employment relationships, including executive relationships, and in litigation concerning individual and collective dismissals, anti-union conduct proceedings and the interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
Valentina is the author of specialist articles and publications, a speaker at seminars and webinars, and a regular contributor to Trifirò & Partners' scientific publications. She is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani.
