Stefano Trifirò has gained his experience in the field of Employment Law and Commercial Law, providing advisory services to leading Italian and foreign companies in the manufacturing sector and the Fashion Industry in major business reorganisation transactions, corporate liquidations and the resulting liability actions. Stefano also regularly provides legal assistance to leading Companies, senior Executives and Directors before all courts, including the higher courts, the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as in arbitration proceedings in various fields including challenges to individual dismissals, liability actions under Article 2087 of the Italian Civil Code, executive employment relationships, actions under Articles 2393 and 2476 of the Italian Civil Code, and challenges to shareholders' meeting resolutions. An alumnus of the Università Statale di Milano, Stefano has been a Lawyer since 1991 and is the author of articles and notes for leading specialised journals and newspapers such as Forbes, Il Corriere della Sera and Italia Oggi. He regularly participates as a Speaker and Lecturer at conferences, seminars and webinars on Employment Law and Commercial Law topics. He is a regular contributor to the scientific publications of Trifirò & Partners, T&P news and the annual Highlights, dedicated to specific topics in Employment, Corporate, Banking and Insurance Law. Stefano has been a member of AGI - Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani - since its founding.
