On the occasion of the Confimi Industria National Assembly in Rome, Trifirò&Partners had an important opportunity for visibility thanks to the participation of Attorney Orazio Marano, who was invited to the event as a representative of our firm.
It was significant to see Trifirò&Partners recognized among the official partners of the initiative—the only law firm mentioned on the posters and institutional materials alongside leading national companies. This is a sign of confidence that confirms the value of the path we have built over time with the Confimi network, which today represents more than 45,000 companies across the country, including those from the Bergamo region with which we have been collaborating for years.
Confimi has brought manufacturing and production-related services back to the center, along with the need for a form of representation capable of listening to and interpreting the real needs of entrepreneurs. Being present in this context means actively contributing to this dialogue, bringing our legal perspective and experience to support the evolution of the production system.

Stefano Trifirò ha maturato la propria esperienza nell’ambito del Diritto del Lavoro e del Diritto Commerciale, prestando consulenza per primarie Aziende italiane ed estere del settore manifatturiero e della Fashion Industry in importanti operazioni di riorganizzazione aziendale, liquidazione sociale e conseguenti azioni di responsabilità. Stefano presta anche regolare assistenza legale a favore di primarie Società, Dirigenti apicali ed Amministratori presso tutte le magistrature, comprese quelle superiori, Corte costituzionale e Corte Europea per i Diritti dell'Uomo e Corte di Giustizia dell’Unione Europea, nonché in procedimenti arbitrali in diversi campi tra cui impugnativa di licenziamenti individuali, azioni di responsabilità ex art. 2087 cod. civ., rapporto dirigenziale, azioni ex artt. 2393 e 2476 cod. civ., impugnazione di delibere assembleari.
Alumnus dell’Università Statale di Milano, Stefano è Avvocato dal 1991 ed è autore di articoli e note per le principali riviste specializzate e quotidiani quali Forbes, Il Corriere della Sera e Italia Oggi. Partecipa regolarmente in qualità di Relatore e Docente a convegni, seminari, webinar sulle tematiche di Diritto del Lavoro e Diritto Commerciale. Collabora stabilmente alle pubblicazioni scientifiche di Trifirò & Partners, T&P news e Highlights annuali, dedicati a specifici argomenti del Diritto del Lavoro, Societario, Bancario e Assicurativo.
